Helping Hounds Dog Rescue is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that works to find forever homes for rescue dogs in the Central New York area. They will be visiting the library to talk about adopting dogs and will even have some pups there who might want to go home with you! This program will take place on the lawn next to the library parking lot.
