Sealed bids will be received by the Fulton Public Library at 160 South First Street / Fulton, NY 13069 until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 when all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
The work involves the replacement of interior vinyl windows throughout the library.
Bid documents will be e-mailed at no charge to interested contractors on receipt of an e-mail request to dbergman@ncls.org. Call 315-592-5159 to verify receipt of request. Contractors shall be responsible for all printing, including any addenda, for their own use and for distribution to subs and suppliers.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Monday, August 3, 2026 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM local time. Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended.
