Our new monthly subscription service for teens in 7th-12th grade, Teen Swag Bags, was created with the idea that it could help teens branch out from their usual literary favorites and explore new genres, new authors, and maybe discover a few new favorites along the way. Participants registered once for the entire school year, and from January-May, over 30 registered teens stopped in once a month to pick up their highly anticipated Teen Swag Bag. Each month, the contents of the bags followed a fun theme, with a snack, craft, stickers, extra swag, and of course, books. Although each teen only received two books in their monthly bag, there were approximately 5-7 books each month that they could have potentially received.
If you are a fan of YA books, get ready to add some new titles to your TBR. Here is the full list of all the YA books included in our Teen Swag Bag subscription for the 2024/2025 school year!
January: Chills & Thrills
Appropriately themed after the scary, unbearably cold weather of January in Central New York, the very first Teen Swag Bags ever contained snacks and activities to keep you warm, and winter thriller themed YA books to give you a chill!
